I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2010. I am a highly skilled, compassionate, motivated and empathetic counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals and couples overcome obstacles and realize their full potential. I have a unique combination of education, training and life experience that allows me to help you through your struggles. I became a counselor after recovering from my own struggles with addiction, divorce, anger, and other issues. I have been sober since 2004 and am active in my own ongoing recovery from my past. You might say I practice what I preach. It’s very likely that I’ve been where you are, and can help you navigate your way to a more satisfying and productive life. Clients value my therapeutic approach for being caring, but also firm and “lovingly confrontational”.
